First things first, computers!! My primary is a gaming PC, athlon 2700, 1gig of ram, ATI Radeon 9700 video card. My secondary is my powerbook, 12", 640 ram, cutest little thing you'll ever see. It's so versatile and ultraportible, I bring it with me to school, work, whatever. I love my mac. I used to have a Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop, pentium 1gz, 256 ram, and a yummy geforce2 32 meg card. Currently the game of choice is um, nothing! I'm waiting for Blizzard's World of Warcraft, and possibly everquest2. Some good games I will always enjoy are Neverwinter Nights, The Sims, and Microsoft's Age of Mythology. My previous addiction is Everquest, been playing EQ for a few years and I've met some of my best friends through it, visit my guild's website. I'm not very actively playing EQ anymore because it's a bad bad addiction, but I still log on every once in a while to say hi to my friends. With the slew of MMOG coming out I can pretty much say I won't ever have time for the real world anymore. My IRC hangout is #batcave, a group of friends from the Twin Cities area that I've known forever. There are also people from our efnet days that hang with us. It's pretty sad when you look for your friends on IRC first before calling them. I also hang out a lot on irc.stratics.com with my gamer friends. Second obsession is my love of beauty and fashion. I'm a firm believer that looking good is the first step to feeling good about yourself. Sephora is a great place to start! Whenever I feel down and need some pampering, they are my best friend! Second favorite place would be Gloss, with WTF a close third. I can talk on forever about skincare and makeup and hair stuff, and thankfully there is a place where girls can be girls! Now, shopping for clothing on the other hand, is my one weakness. Stores that I frequent are Express, Charlotte Russe, Arden B, bebe, plus way too many online shops such as gojane, delia*s, and my favorite source for inexpensive designer clothing, eBay! My favorite designer would be Betsey Johnson, she makes such fun divine clothing! I can talk all day about beauty and fashion but sometimes you just gotta leave it to sites like this to describe it. Another obsession I will mention is my love of art. Anything from movies to performing arts to a great painting or photograph. I used to take water painting lessons when I was 5-8, (chinese water painting anyway, on rice paper, with neato brushes... my parents tell me I was really good, but parents have to say that stuff!) I've always tried to do artistic things through out the years, such as being the stage manager for 3 years in high school, and taking pottery classes at the University, and I guess now, making this website! |
