Alton Brown recommended on Good Eats, and it turned into a 3 day browsing extravaganza. The thermometer was eligible for the 4 for 3 promotion, i.e. buy 4 items and pay for only 3, the cheapest item in your cart will be FREE. So of course, being Asian, I had to find products right around that price range for the most effective DEALZ.
I finally decided on the following:

, see above. Sean is pretty psyched about getting this too because now he can “make the perfectly sized hamburgers.” I love Salter scales, and this one is pretty sexy.
